Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

“Optiva TheGrowwers LLP “ is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from  Optiva TheGrowwers LLP and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.


Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting contact@thegrowwers.com
  2. Request of refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  3. Hard goods must be returned to Optiva TheGrowwers LLP immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting contact@thegrowwers.com as directed in step 1.


Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on https://thegrowwers.com

  • Paid for Suspension of Profile
  • Paid for Phone Number Recovery

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

  2. Request of refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
